Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Healing Certificate Course in Hong Kong
The crystal singing bowl course at Limitless Reiki Academy teaches you to use crystal singing bowls for self-care and relaxation, and then, step by step, to guide sound baths and relaxation sessions for other people. The course has three levels and is taught by founder 徐天佑 Chui Tien You at our Wong Chuk Hang studio.
- Level 1 covers self-healing and playing technique.
- Level 2 covers how to design and guide a sound bath for others.
- Level 3 leads to the Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Healing Practitioner qualification.
The foundation course is a three-hour class for a maximum of 4 students, no music background is needed, and an 8-inch crystal singing bowl set is included. The fee is HK$5,150. The course is accredited by the UK's Complementary Medical Association (CMA).
Class language: classes are taught in Cantonese, and course manuals are in Chinese.
The Crystal Sound Spectrum Healing System
The Crystal Sound Spectrum Healing System 水晶頌缽聲譜療癒系統 is a teaching method created by Chui Tien You. It brings together the sound of crystal singing bowls, a notation-based way of teaching how to play, basic acoustics, energy work and spiritual awareness. The aim is for you to hear energy, see frequency, and play in a way that supports healing.
This is more than learning to strike a bowl. You learn how sound, space and awareness work together to create a structured sound healing experience that flows. It's a sound practice designed for modern healers: it gives spiritual experience a clear structure, and uses sound to help you return to inner balance.
What Is Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Healing?
Sound healing uses the frequency, vibration and resonance of sound to support wellbeing of body, mind and spirit. People have used sound in this way for thousands of years, and crystal singing bowls are one of today's most popular instruments for it. Many people find a crystal bowl sound bath deeply relaxing: it can help them slow down, ease stress and settle into a meditative state.
A Sound Healing Course for Leading Relaxation Sessions
If your goal is to guide relaxation sessions or sound baths for others, the course is structured to take you there in stages:

Fees for Levels 2 and 3:
- Level 2: base tuition HK$4,000
- Level 3: HK$6,200, taught over two sessions

Do I Need a Music Background?
No. The foundation course is designed for complete beginners. You don't need any musical training or previous experience with singing bowls. What matters most is your willingness to listen carefully, notice how sound feels, and gradually build a safe, high-quality sound practice. Basic music theory is introduced in class, at a gentle pace.
Format and Fee
- Format: one-day class of 3 hours. Small classes of up to 4 students, so everyone gets plenty of guidance.

Weekend and Evening Classes
The foundation course is a single three-hour class, so it fits easily around a full-time job. Classes follow a fixed schedule each month, with weekend and evening classes available. A Note on Safety
Sound healing is a complementary wellbeing practice and does not replace medical care. For private crystal singing bowl healing sessions, the Academy advises that sessions may not be suitable for people with a pacemaker or implanted pump, people with a cardiovascular stent, or during pregnancy. If any of these apply to you, please take this into account before booking a session.
